One Bed Cabin. Comfortable and economical. Cabin has one double bed, rocker, kitchen, bathroom, and eating area. It's the perfect hideaway for two.

- 1 Queen Bed with Fireplace and Porch - Sleeps 2 - $510.00
TWO BED CABINS:
Two Bed Cabin. Just what you would need for the slightly larger group. Two double beds, sofa, kitchen, bathroom, and a roomier eating area. Great for a group of four!
- 2 Double Beds with Porch - Sleeps 4 - $550.00
TWO BEDROOM CABINS:
Two Bedroom Cabin. If a touch of privacy is needed, enjoy two bed rooms with double beds in each, with sofa, kitchen, bathroom, and spacious dining and living area. This is it for the larger family.
- 2 Double Beds with Deck - Sleeps 4 - $625.00
- 2 Double Beds with Fireplace - Sleeps 4 - $625.00
THREE BED CABIN:
Three Bed Cabin. If a little more space is needed, enjoy two bed rooms with one double bed in one bedroom and a double and a twin in the other large bedroom with sofa, kitchen, bathroom, and great dining and living area.
- 1 Queen, 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Bed - Sleeps 5 - $645.00
THREE BEDROOM CABIN:
Three Bedroom Cabin. For the big groups! This cabin has extra room including a large kitchen and dining area, bathroom and a generous living room with two sofas and a fireplace.
- 3 Double Beds with Fireplace - Sleeps 6 - $755.00

Visitors:
are welcome but we ask that you limit the visit to have condsideration for our other guests.
Daily Rates:
YES we do have daily rates! Just give us a call at 1.800.236.6244 or email at edgewaterresort@edgewaterresort.com with the number of people and dates you prefer.
Deposits:

A $300 per week deposit within 7 days of your reservation will confirm the reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests are responsible for the balance due of the dates they have reserved. Reservations are non refundable unless a 30 day notice is given and we are able to fill the cancelled reservation.
Boat & Motor Rentals:
- 9.9 Outboard Motors are $65.00 Day or $200.00 Week plus Fuel.
- Motor Rentals must be reserved to be guaranteed.
- There is No Charge for Dock Use and a Boat comes with your cabin but you do need to bring an outboard or rent one of ours.

Boats are available to non guests so just give us a call!
Pets:
- Dogs are welcome in certain cabins and there is a small pet fee.
- For the consideration of our other guests we ask that you leash them, pick up after them immediately and do not leave them alone.
